Take a deep breathe, everyone. There will be plenty of Batman V. Superman, Dawn of Justice toys for every type of collector next year.
Toymaker JAKKS Pacific was just confirmed as the latest toymaker to secure a licensing agreement for the upcoming DC Comics film. Along with a line of toys and products set to Dawn of Justice's tune, JAKKS Pacific will continue to make toys based off of classic DC Comics characters. JAKKS Pacific, for those unfamiliar, is the maker of the oversized DC Comics action figures (see below), games, and accessories that you your kids always eye at major retailers like WalMart or Target.
"We could not be more excited to be part of the eagerly awaited Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice franchise and welcome the opportunity to bring to life two of the most epic Super Heroes of all time," John Blaney, Executive Vice President of Marketing, JAKKS Pacific, said in a statement. "We look forward to continuing our legacy of creating innovative and character-specific toys for the DC Comics line, especially in our highly detailed and collectible Big Figures line."
JAKKS' Dawn of Justice toys will hit shelves starting spring 2016, while their new DC Comics products will arrive this fall.
Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice opens on March 25, 2016.
