New promotional artwork for Marvel's Captain America: Civil War has surfaced online.
The image give us an even better look at Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man's (Robert Downey Jr.) newly designed costumes. For Civil War, Marvel has finally incorporated scale armor into his costume, which has been Cap's trademark in the comics. As for Stark, he'll be rocking the Bleeding Edge armor, which features advancements in nanotechnology.
Check out the promo art in the tweet below.
Civil War picks up where Avengers 2 left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.
Captain America: Civil War opens in theaters May 6, 2016.
