Suicide Squad Filming Some Footage In Chicago

Not long after some police cruisers were spotted in the city, prompting fans and set spies to wonder whether Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice was doing reshoots or a post-credits sequence, it seems the Suicide Squad shoot is actually what's headed to Chicago.
Next Friday and Saturday, no major actors will be involved with the scene, but a helicopter will be flying low downtown, according to the Chicago Tribune. It seems likely this is the same helicopter chase that results in one of the choppers crashed in a city street in the trailer for the film.
Crews will also reportedly be shooting skyline shots all through Friday night and into Saturday morning, so that they can layer those shots into other shots to create a skyline for the film -- likely Midway City, given its prevalence in on-set photos.
