Vin Diesel Shows Dwayne Johnson Some Birthday Love

There's been a lot written about the feud between Vin Diesel and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson while filming Fate of the Furious - though ever since the movie sped into big box office earnings (over $1 Billion and counting...), the supposed feud between Diesel and Johnson has cooled off quite a bit.
Both Diesel and Johnson have already committed to returning for Fast and the Furious 9, and have steadily downplayed the extensive rumors that they had an extremely turbulent experience making Fate together. Even if things did go off the rails a bit, it seems like everything is Kosher now; case in point: Diesel publicly wished Johnson happy birthday, as the latter celebrated his forty-fifth year.
Posting on Instagram, Diesel wrote, "To look back at what we have accomplished. Shoulder to shoulder, against impossible odds. Proud... Happy Birthday Hobbs..."
It just goes to show: Money may not be able to buy happiness, but it can certainly buy some on-camera camaraderie!
In The Fate of the Furious, with Dom and Letty married, Brian and Mia retired and the rest of the crew exonerated, the globe-trotting team has found some semblance of a normal life. They soon face an unexpected challenge when a mysterious woman named Cipher forces Dom to betray them all. Now, they must unite to bring home the man who made them a family and stop Cipher from unleashing chaos.
The Fate of the Furious is directed by F. Gary Gray and written by Chris Morgan. The film stars Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges, Scott Eastwood, Nathalie Emmanuel, Kurt Russell and Charlize Theron.
The Fate of the Furious is now playing in theaters. Plans for two more sequels in The Fast and the Furious franchise are already in place.
