Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice's Zack Snyder is so excited for Star Wars: The Force Awakens to be released that he's replaced The Dark Knight's (Ben Affleck) costume in the batcave with Darth Vader's.
For over a year, Snyder and J.J. Abrams have engaged in a friendly rivalry, in which the two directors have been posting Batman V. Superman-Star Wars mashup images and videos. Some of the highlights from this exchange include the Batmobile being added to the bottom of the Millennium Falcon, Superman dressed as a Dark Jedi, John Boyega depicted as Batman, The Dark Knight placed on Tatooine and C3P0 portraying The Caped Crusader.
Check it out in the video below.
In Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis's most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it's ever known before.
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice opens March 25, 2016.
