While the costume and prop gallery for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story set up at Star Wars Celebration Europe isn't as revelatory as the one for The Force Awakens was last year, they do provide our first good, up-close look at the Shoretrooper.

A new class of Stormtrooper, the Shoretroopers are designed specifically to be able to go in and out of water, "Patrolling the beaches and bunkers of the planetary facility" that plays host to a "top secret Imperial military headquarters," as the accompanying placard describes.

A half-skirt style garment hangs over the back of this new trooper's legs, while the rest of the armor, aside from coloring, is fairly standard for stormtrooper armor of the Imperial era. You can take a closer look yourself in the gallery below.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is nearing the end of principal photography now for a December 15, 2017 release. The film, directed by Gareth Edwards, stars Felicity Jones as Jyn Erso, part of the group of Rebel spies that stole the plans to the original Death Star and dealt the Empire their first major loss, as originally described in the opening crawl to Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope.
