Lucasfilm's plan to expand the Star Wars Universe with spinoff movies will continue next summer when their latest project hits theaters, focusing on the origins of the most infamous smuggler in the galaxy.

The untitled Han Solo movie is currently in production in Hampsire, England, where they're currently filming at the Fawley Power Station. Yesterday we reported on set photos at the location hinting at an Imperial outpost (possibly on Corellia?) and now we have a video from the set.

Robin Davis sent the video to Making Star Wars which depicts some high speed action going down at the location. The photos from yesterday showed some speeder-type vehicles being transported, and this video shows a take of filming in which a camera follows as the speeder drives down a long stretch.

Another person from the set stated that they were filming "some sort of battle," as well as a "'drag race' with 'odd looking vehicles.'"

The site is referring to the vehicles as "podcars."

Pod racing played a big part in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, in which the young Anakin Skywalker was extremely gifted. It looks like some form of that might be used in Phil Lord and Christopher Miller's own Star Wars film.

Due to the nature of the set video and the reports, it could be a pick-up shot for either a race or even for a chase scene. We're likely not to learn anything specific until a trailer releases, at the earliest.

After the success of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Lucasfilm is banking on their next anthology movie to be a hit. We'll find out when the Han Solo movie releases in theaters May 25, 2018.
