Over the years the Transformers have undergone quite a few interpretations, but no matter what style or redesign they are sporting, they continue to be one of the most popular properties around.
Whether it's the Michael Bay led Transformers: The Last Knight, the IDW series More Than Meets The Eye or Transformers Armada, there is something for every type of fan. If you prefer your Autobots and Decepticons with a heavy coat of adorable, then you'll love Matt Moylan's Lil Formers. Moylan has been running the Lil Formers webcomic for some time, and while just about any fan will get a kick out of them, longtime fans fo the franchise will recognize some of the more subtle in-jokes.
Though you don't have to be a longtime fan to love the Optimus Prime vs Rodimus Prime debate comic. That thing is pure gold.
Moylan's art is bold and colorful, and he packs his prints with an enormous amount of characters, like the G1 Battle print, which is based on the art seen on the packaging of the Generation 1 action figures. The popular Dinobots also make several appearances throughout the comic and his commission art, including the Dinobots print that pairs the standard Dinobots with their Japanese exclusive brethren. He's also created individual portraits of some of the niche and more popular Transformers, ranging from current to Generation 1.
Of course, Moylan does dabble with things outside of the Transformers universe, like his Masters of the Universe print, and you can find plenty of WWE and comic inspired art in his gallery as well, which you can view on his Deviant Art page as well as the Lil Formers website.
You can find some of the highlights in the gallery.
