With Ghostbusters hitting theaters next month, the franchise's new cast is answering their fans' burning questions. And, apparently, one such question asks who'd win in a fight: The Ghostbusters or The Avengers.

In the Q&A released by Entertainment Weekly, Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones look taken back by the question. It doesn't take long for the group of hilarious actresses to look conflicted however, and McCarthy can be heard saying, "Oh, come on," at the difficult question.

The video shows Wiig and McCarthy stumbling through their answers as Wiig laments the fact that each teams has different strengths. McCarthy joked that carpooling was held between the two teams, but ultimately, "no one really wins when you pit us against each other."

Wiig takes a more peaceful approach, promising fans that the two NYC-based teams, "really like each other," but it's Leslie Jones who voices the final verdict when she admits that the Avengers would win.

While the paranormal investigation team might not feel up to battling Earth Mightiest Heroes, the girls are definitely down to bust ghosts and dodge ectoplasmic slime. Starring in the Ghostbusters reboot, the four actress/comedians have openly spoke about the excitement they all share in being a part of the film. The ladies will be replacing the franchise's original characters and refocus the film on how ghosts are still affecting modern-day New York City after the first films finished. Wiig said in the interview that, "You can't get better than the original. But it's a different movie, it's a different cast, it's many years later, and we've also done things that are different. It's not just about it starring women."

Having received Bill Murray's seal of approval, the all-female cast is putting faith in their fans and enjoying what moments the movie brings as they prep for the promotions. Entertainment Weekly's upcoming issue will even feature the cast on its magazine cover with the headline, "It's Slime For A New Ghostbusters!" in anticipation for the film.

But, if the cast's reaction to their fan's question says anything, the ladies might take their training up a notch should they ever have to face the Avengers. However, here's to hoping the two teams may do something even better and instead make an epic crossover.
