Infinity Ward Shows Off Call Of Duty Infinite Warfare Gameplay At Comic-Con

Infinity Ward recently showed off over 10 minutes of footage from their upcoming Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, and it certainly is impressive.

The game will place you in direct confrontation with a new enemy, the radical faction known as SetDef. The footage featured in the trailer takes part early in the game, where you control Lieutenant Reyes in the aftermath of a sneak attack engineered by SetDef. The new footage is gorgeous, and Infinity Ward went to town on the lighting effects.

Seriously, those flames are out of this world.

Fans of the franchise can expect the dramatic firefights that the series is known for, and Infinite Warfare seems to be increasing the scale significantly. We also get a look a space battle, which looks amazing from a visual standpoint, but with so much going on around you, it seems like it could get overwhelming quickly.

In addition to the campaign, fans can look forward to more of the franchise's patented multiplayer, which will include a fan favorite map from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. The Terminal map has been reimagined and included in Infinite Warfare as a pre-order bonus.
