Jeremy Renner Talks Possibility Of Hawkeye Solo Film

Master archer Hawkeye/Clint Barton is one of the few members of The Avengers that still doesn't have a solo film. Could that change in the near future?
Jeremy Renner doesn't see it happening any time soon. His focus is on making Avengers: Age Of Ultron a success so that they can have a third Avengers film. "Those things are in the future," Renner told Yahoo. "This movie has still got to do well for there to be an Avengers 3. No one is counting that egg.
"We just make the best movie we can now, and if Avengers 3 rolls around, and people want to see that, then that happens. If there's anything else that happens, that's not really for any one person to determine."
It is cute that Renner is worried about how well Joss Whedon's Avengers 2 will do. Even if the film isn't loved by critics and fans like the last one it will still do very well at the box office. It is as much of a sure thing as any.
Avengers: Age of Ultron arrives in theaters May 1.
