Martian Manhunter Pretends To Be Kara In New Supergirl Sneak Preview

It isn't the first time and likely won't be the last, but J'Onn J'Onzz, the Martian Manhunter, can be seem shapeshifting into Kara in the latest promotional clip from Supergirl, via EW.

The twist? This time, she's in her guise as Kara Danvers, not Supergirl, helping to cover the Girl of Steel's secret identity as Supergirl is debilitated by the effects of the Black Mercy flower.

Kara's friends must find a way to save her life when a parasitic alien attaches itself to her and traps her in a dream world where her family is alive and her home planet was never destroyed. Also, Alex, Hank and the DEO must fend off a Kryptonian attack while Kara is out of commission.
