Ra's al Ghul Confronts Arrow In New Public Enemy Clip

The CW Television Network has released a new and exciting clip from tonight's "Public Enemy" episode of their hit television series, Arrow.

Ra's al Ghul (guest star Matt Nable) wants Oliver Queen to be his heir and he will go to great extremes to make Oliver accept his generous offer. Watch as Black Canary, Arrow and Arsenal battle Ra's henchmen.

If Oliver doesn't ascend as Ra's al Ghul, everyone will suffer. Arrow is all new Wednesday at 8/7c!
