Ryan Reynolds Wants Hugh Jackman To Make Deadpool Cameo

Back in March, Hugh Jackman (The Wolverine) told MTV that he would be interested in appearing in the new Deadpool movie, and now the film's star Ryan Reynolds (Green Lantern) has been asked if Wolverine will "pop up."
"God I hope so, that would be really nice," Reynolds told the Australian website news.com.au while promoting Woman In Gold. "I dunno, we'll see. It seems like he's open to it, but it's gonna be more of a scheduling issue than anything else."
In the comics, Wolverine and Deadpool have intertwining backstories and beyond that they have done plenty of verbal and physical sparring. Plus, the two actors are close friends. That friendship began on the set of X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009), which is the first time Ryan Reynolds played Wade Wilson/Deadpool.
Based upon Marvel Comics' most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
