Square Enix's I Am Setsuna Releases On July 19th

Square Enix's homage to RPG's of yore, I Am Setsuna, now has an official release date.

The lushly visualized tale stars Setsuna, a young woman who must endure great sacrifice to save her people. She is accompanied by Endir, an ably skilled mercenary who acts as her bodyguard during their brave and epic journey.

The game is lovingly crafted after games like the classic Chrono Trigger, adopting it's combat system, but also attempting to remind players why they fell in love with the genre in the first place. You can view the trailer above as well as some additional screens of the game in the gallery.

I Am Setsuna will release on July 19th for PS4 and Steam.
