Yesterday, on Halloween, Funko officially unveiled their Stranger Things Pop Vinyl figures and announced that they will be available to collectors and fans in 2017!

Funko press release follows:

Coming in early next year, fans of this amazing show will be able to take home Pop! vinyl versions of their favorite characters, including Eleven, Mike, Dustin, Lucas, Will, Barb, and, of course, the terrifying Demogorgon from the Upside Down!

"Bringing Stranger Things to Funko is symbolic of our connection to our customers as mutual fans of pop culture", said Mark Robben, Funko's Director of Marketing. "We feel grateful for the privilege to create our version of these wonderful characters, but we never forget it starts with the collectors. These figures would not have been possible without every single share, like, and comment from you. Friends don't lie."

The Stranger Things figures are available for pre-order now and should hit retail shelves in early 2017 with an MSRP of $9.99 USD. Pop! vinyl figures are sculpted vinyl collectibles, approximately 3-4" inches high and packaged in a windowed display box.

A love letter to the supernatural classics of the 80's, Stranger Things is the story of a young boy who vanishes into thin air. As friends, family and local police search for answers, they are drawn into an extraordinary mystery involving top-secret government experiments, terrifying supernatural forces and one very strange little girl.

The first season of Stranger Things starred Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Natalia Dyer, Cara Buono, Charlie Heaton, and Matthew Modine. The second season will feature Sadie Sink as Max, a tough and confident girl whose appearance, behavior and pursuits seem more typical of boys than of girls in this era, and Power Rangers star Dacre Montgomery as Billy, Max's hyper-confident, and edgy older step-brother.

Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer (Wayward Pines, Hidden) serve as writer, directors and co-showrunners of the series, and are executive producers along with Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen via their 21 Laps entertainment banner (The Spectacular Now, Night At The Museum, Real Steel, Date Night). Shawn Levy also serves as director.

Season 2 of Netflix's original series Stranger Things will debut in 2017 and consist of 9 episodes.
