Have 'Dragon Ball Super' Fans Already Discovered The Show's New Warrior?

Female Saiyan Fusion
As you can see in the Reddit thread below, the identity of the new fighter that will be birthed in episodes 114 - 115 may have been revealed as not being "new" in the literal sense, but rather, the fusion of two fighters already in the Tournament!
The thread cites a promo from Enka singer Kiyoshi Hikawa, who performs Dragon Ball Super's second opening credits song, "Limit Break x Survivor". Hikawa will be appearing in the "This Week's Highlight" corner of episode 115 (air date Nov. 12th), and in promoting that appearance, the singer may have inadvertently revealed the identity of the new fighter coming in episodes 114 - 115:
"Heya! It's Kiyoshi Hikawa! Today's highlight is the ultimate Saiyan showdown! Right after this! Don't miss it!"
That line has fans jumping onto the notion that episode 114 could see Universe 6's female Saiyans, Kale and Caulifla, fuse into a powerful new fighter. The episode spoilers for 114 teasing the "birth" of the new fighter fit into the tradition of how Dragon Ball likes to describe its character fusions, and the Saiyan showdown line definitely limits the possibilities to characters like Kale and Caulifla.
More Evidence
This theory has already been backed up Dragon Ball Super writer Toshio Yoshitaka, who tweeted some teases about future episodes back in the summer - tweets which corroborate what Kiyoshi Hikawa revealed:
Finally, the theory gets even more juice from leaked synopses for episode 114, like this one from Animedia (translated by @Herms98):
As Universe 6's Kale joins Caulifla to fight Goku, the tension rises as she is overwhelmed by Goku's attacks. She then transforms into a berserker Super Saiyan, but...
The Ultimate Saiyan Showdown
The fact that episode clearly centers on a Goku taking on both Caulifa and Kale, creating the "Ultimate Saiyan Showdown" that would require the two Universe 6 fighters to fuse, in order to actually compete with Goku.
With Caulifla having unlocked SSJ2, and Kale able to go into Berserker SSJ form, having their mix of raw power (Kale) and adaptive control (Caulifla) fused into one form would bake them extremely formidable, with or without the ability to transform into SSB form.
Given Goku's current power levels, he may or may not be able to sustain SSB in a prolonged fight against a fused Kale/Caulifla warrior, making that battle (and its outcome) an exciting event for Dragon Ball Super fans to witness.
However, this fusion theory isn't the only one out there: some think the fusion could happen between other fighters, while others are cautious to warn there could be another translation:
Dragon Ball Super's "Universal Survival" saga is part of the recent simulcast agreement that sites like Crunchyroll and Funimation have scored. Dragon Ball Super airs on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami airs the English dub on Adult Swim Saturdays at 11:30 p.m.
