Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Final Chapters DVD, Blu-Ray Announced

After years of waiting, fans will finally be able to enjoy a bit of good Dragon Ball Z Kai fun thanks to Funimation. Just a couple weeks ago, Toonami finally brought the English dub of Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Final Chapters to fans in the U.S., and the abridged series was meet with praise. Now, fans can look forward to the day they can enjoy the show on-demand. Funimation has updated it online listings with the DVD and Blu-ray releases of Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Final Chapters - and it will be here before you know it.

If you are looking to buy the home releases, then you should mark your calendars. The sets will be shipped out in time for its release on April 25, 2017. The DVD will retail for about $50 while the Blu-ray costs a bit more at $55.

Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Final Chapters will house episodes 99-121. The Majin Buu arc can be found nestled in this new release. The box sets will also come with extras like commentary tracks and non-credit versions of Dragon Ball Z Kai's open and end themes.

Dragon Ball Super airs on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami will begin airing the English dub on Adult Swim Saturdays at 11:30 p.m ET.
