Arrow Season 5 Episode 2: The Recruits Clip Released

For anyone who has undergone training of any kind, there are certain terms or phrases that you learn to hate over time. For the new recruits of Team Arrow, that phrase will undoubtedly be "get on the line!"

In the newest clip from tonight's episode, titled The Recruits, Curtis, Wild Dog, and Evelyn Sharp are introduced to what it really means to be on Team Arrow, and unfortunately for them, it doesn't look as if Oliver is pulling any punches.

Curtis and Evelyn aren't necessarily happy about the training regimen but seem to go along with it for the most part. The heaviest conflict comes from Wild Dog, who's already been doing this for around 5 months. It doesn't take long for him to hit his boiling point, and Oliver sets him straight rather quickly.

"Still think it's a game? This isn't a game, and if you need further evidence of that, you walk down to the pier, and you look at the statue of Laurel Lance. Now get on the line!"

In "The Recruits," Oliver's (Stephen Amell) new recruits for Team Arrow are Curtis (Echo Kellum), Wild Dog (guest star Rick Gonzalez) and Evelyn Sharp (guest star Madison McLaughlin). Unfortunately, the Green Arrow's training methods prove to be too much for some of them to handle.Meanwhile, in the flashbacks, Oliver's initiation into the Bratva continues.
