Cody Rhodes Returns To Arrow In Honor Thy Fathers Trailer And Photos

In the final moments of last night's episode of Arrow, we see a school bus coming to a stop. William, Oliver Queen's son, exits the bus and there waiting for him is Adrian Chase (a.k.a Prometheus). Chase asks the boy if he is indeed William. The boy says his name is Matthew, which is the name he has been using ever since he and his mother went into witness protection. William questions if the mysterious man knows his mother, and Chase informs the boy that he knows his father. Fade to black.

Chase surely abducted the boy, but did he go so far as to kill him? Probably not, but someone connected to Oliver is most certainly dead, as the synopsis for next Wednesday's "Honor Thy Fathers" episode mentions a corpse being sent to the Star City superhero.

Next week's episode will also feature the return of Derek Sampson, the Stardust drug dealer played by former WWE superstar Cody Rhodes (who acts under his real name Cody Runnels). Last time we saw him, Sampson was placed in the metahuman wing of Iron Heights -- because a fall in a vat of chemicals left him him advanced healing and the inability to feel pain.

Oliver (Stephen Amell) returns to the mayor's office and faces one of his most pressing issues yet – the forced release of dozens of violent criminals prosecuted by Adrian Chase (Josh Segarra). Meanwhile, a crate is delivered to Oliver's office containing a mysterious corpse encased in concrete.

Laura Belsey directed the episode written by Marc Guggenheim & Sarah Tarkoff.
