Take an exclusive look at the next chapter of Injustice: Ground Zero. As the original Injustice: Gods Among Us story is retold ahead of Injustice 2, this time from the perspective of Harley Quinn.

Harley, of course, is having quite the renaissance the last few years, fully taking off as a superstar character after her debut 25 years ago on Batman: The Animated Series. Now, Harley's a star of video games, animation, live action film in Suicide Squad, and of course comics, where she's a top-seller in the pages of DC Comics.

The Injustice sequel comic and the Injustice sequel game are both on the way in 2017. When we spoke to writer Tom Taylor, who started with the first Injustice: Gods Among Us comic and is returning for part two, he sounded very excited to return.

"Honestly, I never wanted to leave this world. I had such a fun time on it; it's the most freedom I've ever had on a licensed book," Taylor said. "These are my heroes, that sadly I'm having to destroy; I get emotional, man! When I started Injustice I called my mum to let her know what I had to do. 'Mom, they want me to do this to Superman and Lois!'

"It's something I never wanted to leave, I had to leave it to go work on my own TV show The Deep. We're about to wrap a season of that and the offer came in, and I went, 'I'm there.' I read the game script, and it's great, and I'm really looking forward to building the story that leads to it again."
