The live-action Titans series is beginning to take shape, thanks to the recent casting of Teagan Croft as Raven. With the 13-year-old actress being a relative unknown to western audiences, Croft recently took some time to introduce herself to the world of DC Comics fans.

Croft took to Twitter to thank everyone for their kind words, saying that she's "super excited to be Raven" and "can't wait to get started" on the series, which begins filming this fall. Attached to the tweet is a rather awesome photo of her reading up on Raven.

You can check out the tweet below.

The Australian actress already has a few roles under her belt, including The Osiris Child and Home and Away.

Raven has risen into a sort of fan-favorite since her comic debut in 1980, largely thanks to the original Teen Titans cartoon. With Croft being one of the first actresses to bring Raven into live-action, it's safe to say that her performance in Titans has already become much-anticipated.
