Watch Jason Momoa Train For Aquaman Action Scenes

This year, fans will get their first-look at Aquaman in action when Warner Bros. rolls out Justice League. The superhero film will pit heroes like Batman and Wonder Woman against a formidable villain who no doubt wants to ruin the world - but Aquaman won't be too keen on helping the team at first. From trailers, fan have gleaned Aquaman is the kind of guy who would rather fight than exchange small talk. The hero's brutish style will surely be a high point for fans of Justice League, and it looks like the hero's persona will be alive and well in his solo venture.

Over on Facebook, a video has appeared of Jason Momoa training for Aquaman. In the video, a cameraman can be seen walking through a gym where stuntmen and women were scene practicing fight choreography or boxing. Towards the end, Momoa is seen walking towards the camera and stops short when he reaches a table. Panning down, the camera follow Momoa as he points to a comic on the table, and fans can see the issue belong to Aquaman.

Here's what the DC Extended Universe page over on Facebook had to say about the film:

"Aquaman - Jason Momoa is training for action scenes in the movie. Remember, this is the team behind action scene in Mad Max, they returned for this movie."

Of course, fans already knew the Mad Max stunt team was lending a hand to Aquaman. In December, the company's director Keir Beck talked to 9News in Australia about the gig. The leader said his team was getting ready to use "general stunt skills and fighting" skills along with a few aquatic maneuvers.
