A collectible figure of Dark Souls' favorite Onion Knight, Siegmeyer of Catarina, is currently available for preorder.

The figure comes from the company called Gecco, a company that has created many figures from popular games including Dark Souls III and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Their newest collectible piece, the statue of the great warrior Siegmeyer, features the adventurer's iconic onion-shaped armor.

Not to be confused with Siegward of Catarina, Siegmeyer makes his first appearance in Dark Souls, the game that was many players' first jump into the series. Siegmeyer hails from the land of Catarina, and he's traveled to Lordran to seek adventure, but he sometimes finds himself a bit overwhelmed along the way. That's why it's up to the Chosen Undead — that is, the player — to assist him in his travels. In return, there's some impressive rewards and even some oniony gear to be earned.

Those who encounter Siegmeyer along their travels will be able to attest to the knight's optimistic, upbeat attitude, even when he's faced with seemingly insurmountable perils and obstacles such as the imposing Sen's Fortress where players can first find the Onion Knight loitering about in Dark Souls. His peculiar looking set of armor is easily recognizable, and each piece of the armor talks about how those people outside of Catarina view the armor questionably.

"Outside Catarina, they are often ridiculed for their onion-like shape, infuriating the proud knights, but the masterfully forged curved design makes it very effective for parrying," the descriptions of his armor pieces read.

Much like his armor, the figure itself seems to be masterfully forged as well. The figure stands at 37cm tall with the base included, and the detail seen in the artificial blemishes on Siegmeyer's armor and sword give him the appearance that a hardened adventurer in Dark Souls should possess.

The Siegmeyer figure is currently available for preorder for roughly $300. If you're going to the San Diego Comic-Con, you can preorder it here and pick it up at the convention. If not, you can preorder it here and expect a shipping date around October.
