This Injustice 2 Comeback Is Nothing Short Of Amazing

We've seen some great fighting comebacks over the past few years – a certain match involving Daigo and Street Fighter III certainly comes to mind from years ago – but a Twitter user by the name of Six has posted a highlight reel from an Injustice 2 match that's literally the stuff of legend.

The match takes place between players that take control of The Flash on one side and Robin on the other. When the match begins, it looks like a clear win for Robin, hitting his opponent a few times and eventually dwindling their energy down to a few hits. But then, the player controlling The Flash begins to fight back, and we slowly but surely witness a turn-over that's a miracle.

No, seriously. Over the course of the match, everything seems to want to work in Robin's favor. There are two clashes that take place in the video, with the first sending The Flash into "critical" status, where even the slightest hit will send him packing. But then comes the second clash, in which Robin looks to have it in for Flash, only for things to work in favor of the speedster, dwindling away even more of Robin's energy as a result.

And then comes the finish. Just when we think Robin will land a final hit and finish off The Flash in the final critical move, he ends up cleaning house with a few well-times combos, and boom – Robin loses. This is despite the fact that he starts out with a near full energy bar at the beginning of the match, after sending The Flash into a corner. But he prevails, and the comeback is complete as a result.

It's not known when this match took place, or what experience the players involved have, but, yeah, this is one of the more entertaining skirmishes we've seen from Injustice 2 to date. And if we see some competitive players enter matches like these around EVO in a few months, we'll truly be in for a treat.
