Deke
Deke (Channel Zero's Jeff Ward) is described as "the ultimate survivor and roguish scavenger, the guy who can get people what they need, but at a price of his asking." He apparently has a "sharp mind and quick wit", and is "both a real asset in a tight spot and a hard man to trust."
There are a few Marvel Comics characters by the name Deke, including a Punisher foe and a neighbor of Clint Barton/Hawkeye. SHIELD's version of Deke doesn't appear to be a clear adaptation of either of those, but certainly sounds like an homage to a science-fiction icon.
Tess
Tess (played by The 100's Eve Harlow) is described as extremely hopeful, and makes an effort to be "self sufficient in very desperate circumstances." It sounds like she could be an ally for Coulson and his team, as she is "living proof that even in the toughest of times, good people will still fight for each other."
It's unclear if Tess has a Marvel Comics counterpart, as the only equivalent is Tess Black, the daughter of Loki.
Flint
Flint (Bella and the Bulldogs' Coy Stewart) has "been forced to grow up fast in a tough environment", but still strives to better himself. Apparently, Flint could very well get that chance to improve his life when he meets the SHIELD team.
Flint does have a comic proxy, as he is based off of an Inhuman character of the same name. Flint, who also goes by his human name of Jason, has geokinetic powers. His abilities manifest in quite a few ways, including flight and the ability to construct a suit of rock armor.
Grill
Grill (Stranger Things' Pruitt Taylor Vince) is referred to as "a gruff taskmasker", who commands people with "an unforgiving temperament." He also is very much a realist, who apparently is "not easily fooled or crossed."
Grill actually has something in common with Deke, as he shares the name of a neighbor of Hawkeye. It's safe to assume that he will be a different adaptation of the character, though.
Before You Go
Marvel's Agents of SHIELD will return on December 1st, following the conclusion of Marvel's Inhumans.
