The Punisher Collectible Figure Revealed By Hot Toys

Hot Toys has revealed a new collectible figure of the Punisher as he appears in Marvel's Daredevil Season 2 on Netflix. Here's the official description released by Hot Toys:

In Marvel's Daredevil, a Netflix Original Series, war hero Frank Castle's life was changed forever when his family was brutally murdered before his eyes. Taking matters into his own hands, Frank decides to avenge his family's death by eliminating all those responsible. Lethal with his methods, Frank becomes a notorious vigilante in the criminal underworld earning the moniker – The Punisher. Today, Hot Toys is extremely excited to bring a new addition to our Marvel's Daredevil collectible series and officially introduce the 1/6th scale Punisher collectible figure!

The screen-accurate collectible figure is specially crafted based on the appearance of the Punisher from this popular TV-MA rated hit show. It features a newly developed head sculpt, expertly tailored outfit, a wider range of weapons including a mini-gun, sniper rifle, a pistol and dagger, as well as a specially designed figure stand with backdrop. Jon Bernthal debuted as the Punisher of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the second season of Marvel's Daredevil on Netflix. Netflix has since ordered a spinoff series with Frank Castle as the lead character.

Before that, Marvel's Netflix heroes join forces to combat a threat to New York City. Daredevil will return for the miniseries, alongside Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist. Many of the supporting cast members from each heroes' solo series are confirmed to appear. The Punisher is not among them yet, but many fans are hoping an expecting an appearance.

Netflix has also ordered a third season of Marvel's Daredevil, to enter production and be released sometime after Marvel's The Defenders. Marvel's Jessica Jones and Marvel's Luke Cage are also slated for second seasons.

Marvel's Iron Fist is set to debut Netflix on March 1, 2017. Marvel's The Defenders will follow. The Punisher Season 1 is also expected to debut sometime in late 2017.
