All the focus was deservedly on the adorable Baby Groot in the debut Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 trailers, but the latest footage from the anticipated film got fans thinking about getting Groot a new friend.

The internet community has started circulating a new image that shows what a Jennifer Lawrence-styled Baby Groot would look like. In an interview with ET Canada, Lawrence was asked about the picture and her opinion on the names. Upon seeing the first image, which shows the Baby Groot pic from the movie with a blonde hairstyle attached, she said "Ahhhhhh, that's beautiful. I like me as Groot" and added that she liked the term, Lady Groot.

The second image placed a Baby Groot face on her body, which got a laugh and her sidenote that "I wish I had such subtle features." As for a potential Lady Groot, who knows, it could definitely happen. That said, it isn't something that has been explored in the comics to this point, so it would mostly be new territory.

Set to the backdrop of 'Awesome Mixtape #2,' Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team's adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill's true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes' aid as the Marvel cinematic universe continues to expand.
