Logan: Hugh Jackman Admits He Snagged Some Sweet Wolverine Props

While comic fans are seriously hyped for the release of Logan this March, the final chapter of Wolverine's saga also has many viewers feeling a bit down. The movie looks incredible, but it also marks the last time Hugh Jackman will play the fan-favorite character.

It's a bittersweet moment for fans to say the least, but it sounds like Jackman has enjoyed his time as Wolverine - as well as the production of his three-clawed swan song.

In an interview with Variety, the actor revealed that he hasn't exactly parted with the character entirely.

When the interview asked Jackman whether or not he's kept a Wolverine suit, he didn't hold back the truth.

"I have one from every movie and the claws. I sell them for charity. Maybe I'll keep one — occasionally, on a Saturday night, to dress up like Wolverine."

Jackman has kept a Wolverine outfit from each movie he's played the character in - that's incredible! What's even more incredible is the actor's willingness to sell them for charity. It shows that he cares about people more than he cares about his possessions, an admirable quality.

It's also funny for Jackman to admit he could never really let go of Wolverine. That "Saturday night" line gives imaginative fans something to look forward to years down the road.

Logan takes place in the year 2024, where mutant births have become extremely rare. The defenders of mutant kind, the X-Men, are long gone, and the only remains of them are an old and struggling Charles Xavier and a weary Logan. Logan's vaunted healing factor has slowed, and at times doesn't seem to work at all. When a young mutant needs his help, Logan has to unsheathe his claws once more. His job isn't over yet.

Logan stars Hugh Jackman (Logan), Boyd Holbrook (Donald Pierce), Patrick Stewart (Charles Xavier), Dafne Keen (Laura Kinney/X-23), Doris Morgado (Maria), Stephen Merchant (Caliban), Elizabeth Rodriguez (Gabriela), and Richard E. Grant (Dr. Zander Rice). James Mangold is directing and helped on the screenplay along with Scott Frank and Michael Green.
