Marvel Has Found Their Director For The Inhumans

Marvel TV is getting a huge boost this summer, as their newest show is getting a theatrical IMAX debut.

The Inhumans, based around the other-worldly race from Marvel comics, is set to air on ABC this fall. Ahead of the cable release however, the first two episodes of the new series will air in IMAX theaters.

Now that the project is entering the production stages, Marvel has tapped a director for those first two episodes.

Dutch filmmaker Roel Reine will helm the theatrically-released Inhumans episodes.

Reine has done a lot of work on feature films over the years, but has recently transitioned into filming television. He recently directed an episode of the Starz hit-series Black Sails.

The director is the second major addition to the creative team of the show, after Iron Fist's showrunner Scott Buck was put in charge of the project.
