Purple Man To Return To Jessica Jones

Marvel Legacy will bring many of the classic characters back into prominent storylines, and a recent tease shows a classic Jessica Jones villain is among them.

That would be none other than the Purple Man, real name Zebediah Killgrave. Purple Man took center stage in one of Marvel's Legacy GIF tribute covers, which is based on the original cover to Marvel Team-Up Annual Vol. 1 #4 (via SYFY Wire). The new cover features the Defenders, including Jessica Jones, around Killgrave's portrait, indicated that the two will collide once more.

Fans of the Netflix version of Jessica Jones are familiar with Killgrave, but in the comics, he was most recently featured in Daredevil. He was in a comatose state after the events there, so it remains to be seen how he ends up in Jessica Jones.

Still, anytime Purple Man is involved things can go bad very quickly, but at least this time around she'll have the rest of the Defenders at her side.
