Spider-Man: Tom Holland Had The Best Reaction To His Own Action Figure

06/08/2017 12:04 am EDT

With Spider-Man: Homecoming official a month away from debuting in theaters, fans everywhere are eager to find merchandise and collectibles for the upcoming Marvel Studios film. Peter Parker himself, Tom Holland, recently came face-to-face with one of the film's action figures, and the end result was pretty fantastic.

While at a press event for Homecoming in Singapore, Holland - who first took on the role in Captain America: Civil War - was captured making a rather surprised expression at the sight of himself in action figure form. You can check out the picture, which was captured by the custom action figure's maker, Jedd Jong, below:

Considering Holland's relationship to the web slinger - aside from portraying him onscreen - his positive reaction to the action figure shouldn't come as a surprise. The actor has been outspoken about how his love for the character has spanned long before he earned the role, including an awkward experience involving a Spider-Man suit at a party.

Since officially stepping in to play Spider-Man, Holland has embraced the role even further, wearing the Homecoming getup - which he likens to the "best iPhone ever" - everywhere from a childrens' hospital visit to a Starbucks.
