The Guardians of the Galaxy cast has some of the best chemistry seen on screen, but what if they were to try out for another Marvel superteam?

During the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 press junket, Screen Junkies sat down with the cast and had them read for parts in the Avengers movie. One of the highlights early on was having Zoe Saldana, who plays Gamora in Guardians, read some lines from Mark Ruffalo's Hulk. "HULK SMASH!" and "Puny God" were both good, but she delivered the best line when she dug deep and said "Don't' make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry." Chris Pratt got Captain America (Chris Evans), and it's actually unreal how spot on his impersonation is, sounding just like him when he said "Language!" and "I can do this all day".

Dave Bautista brought some amazing tone to lines from Hawkeye and Scarlet Witch, with a "You didn't see that coming?" from the former and "You know I can move things with my mind, right?" from the latter. He even did the hand motions to really sell it.

Karen Gillan and Pom Klementieff also delivered some fantastic Doctor Strange and Thanos lines, but Kurt Russell's Tony Stark stole the show, especially when he delivered this slick burn from Avengers. "You're a lab rat Rogers. Everything special about you came out of a bottle." When asked to provide a bit more gravitas, Russell said "One line and I'm being directed!", causing the whole room to erupt in laugher. You can watch teh video above.

Set to the backdrop of 'Awesome Mixtape #2,' Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team's adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill's true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes' aid as the Marvel cinematic universe continues to expand.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is written and directed by James Gunn (Slither). The film marks the return of the original Guardians, including Chris Pratt (Jurassic World) as Peter Quill/Star-Lord; Zoe Saldana (Star Trek Into Darkness) as Gamora; Dave Bautista (Spectre) as Drax; Vin Diesel (Furious 7) as the voice of Groot; Bradley Cooper (American Sniper) as the voice of Rocket; Michael Rooker (Jumper) as Yondu; Karen Gillan (The Big Short) as Nebula; and Sean Gunn (Gilmore Girls) as Kraglin. New cast members include Pom Klementieff (Oldboy), Elizabeth Debicki (The Great Gatsby, Everest), Chris Sullivan (The Knick, The Drop) and Kurt Russell (The Hateful Eight, The Thing).

Next up for Marvel is Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 on May 5, 2017. Spider-Man: Homecoming lands on July 7, 2017, followed by Thor: Ragnarok on November 3, 2017. After that Black Panther debuts on February 16, 2018, while Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on May 4, 2018. Ant-Man and the Wasp is slated for July 6, 2018, followed by Captain Marvel on March 8, 2019.
