Batman V. Superman Costume Designer Says It Was Thrill And Honor To Bring Aquaman To Life

Just hours after the official release of Aquaman's new look for Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, costume designer Michael Wilkinson had a few comments for TooFab about giving Arthur Curry his big-screen makeover.
"It has been a thrill and an honor to bring this iconic character to life for a modern audience," Wilkinson said. "[Director] Zack Snyder has a brilliant vision for making this character powerful and relevant. I enjoyed designing a costume that reflects this vision and honors the character's rich legacy."
Aquaman is expected to appear in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice in a small role, alongside Wonder Woman, Cyborg and The Flash. They're all back for 2017's Justice League Part One, with Wonder Woman getting a solo film before Justice League and the other Leaguers shortly after (less Batman and Superman, whose next solo films have not been scheduled yet).
