Bono's Daughter Eve Hewson Cast As Maid Marian In Robin Hood Origins

Eve Hewson, the daughter of U2 lead singer Bono, has landed the role of Maid Marian in Lionsgate's Robin Hood: Origins opposite Taron Egerton (Kingsman: The Secret Service).
The plot? Deadline reports, "Robin Hood returns from fighting in The Crusades and finds that Sherwood Forest is rife with corruption and evil. He forms a band of outlaws and they take matters into their own hands."
Knights Of The Roundtable: King Arthur screenwriter Joby Harold penned the script and Peaky Blinders' Helmer Otto Bathurst will be directing.
The 24-year-old actress appears in Steven Spielberg's Bridge of Spies and played Lucy Elkins in The Knick.
