Doctor Strange Rumor: Rachel McAdams Role Revealed
10/16/2015 05:47 pm EDT
When Rachel McAdams was cast in a major female role in Doctor Strange, most everyone assumed that role was either Clea or Night Nurse. Well, a new rumor from Latino Review says it's not Clea.
According to the report, McAdams will be playing a Night Nurse, but not Linda Carter, the Night Nurse who became romantically involved with Doctor Strange during the events of Doctor Strange: The Oath. Instead she play Christine Palmer, a less well-known Night Nurse character, but one that has a surgical background similar to Stephen Strange's.
Marvel did not comment on the report, so we can't know for sure, but as there were only two real contenders for female lead character in the film – Clea or Night Nurse – there's probably at least a 50 percent chance this is true.
