George Clooney Pokes Fun At His Time As Batman

It's no secret that George Clooney doesn't admire his own work as the DC Comics Caped Crusader Batman. During his time as the Dark Knight, he of course had to wear the Batman suit for hours on end much like he does in his new film Hail, Caesar.
Clooney recently appeared on The Ellen Show to talk about his upcoming Coen Brothers film and in doing so poked a little fun at his time as Batman. After describing how embarassing it was to walk around in his Caesar costume on the Hollywood lots during production, he pointed out that tour vans would come around and mock him over the speaker.
"They talk about you while you're standing there," Clooney staring, saying they would go on to claim, "And if you look to your left, you'll see George Clooney who destroyed the Bat franchise for a period of time!"
Clooney's Batman and Robin is one of only a few comic book movies ranked beneath this year's Fantastic Four reboot in the ComicBook.com movie database.
Hail, Caesar hits theaters this Friday.
