Jared Leto Says They're Going To Lock Him Away After Suicide Squad Releases

Throughout production of director David Ayer's forthcoming Suicide Squad movie, much was made of the fact that noted "method" actor Jared Leto was a little crazy on set while acting as The Joker.
Leto himself never commented on it, but therest of the cast praised his commitment to the role and the strangeness that goes along with it. He's got a hard act to follow in the form of Heath Ledger's Oscar-winning performance, which Ledger also approached by immersing himself in Joker's chaotic personality even when the cameras weren't rolling.
Now that the film is done, though, a new account of the actor and muscian's "surreal" performance at Dubai Music Week claims Leto says he'll be locked away when people see his performance in the film.
"I can't wait for you to see this," Leto told a fan in a Batman t-shirt. "They're going to lock me away in a box after this movie comes out."
Suicide Squad's ensemble cast includes Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Jai Courtney, Cara Delevingne, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Karen Fukuhara, Jay Hernandez, Adam Beach, and Viola Davis.
