Jennifer Lopez "Needs To Play A Super Hero"

Jennifer Lopez has become the latest in a long line of actors to express a "need" to play a superhero.

The monumental success of Marvel Studios has a lot of big names thinking that they need to reconsider whether to put tights on the resume, and Lopez is apparently one of them, saying in a new interview that she's put some thought into the idea.

In a video interview with E! Online you can see below, Lopez has apparently picked sides on the Marvel/DC divide in her fantasy-casting.

"That would be awesome," J.Lo said while promoting her new thriller, The Boy Next Door. "I don't know why somebody hasn't thought about that yet."

She then addressed the president of Warner Bros., the studio that owns DC Entertainment and where her ex-boyfriend Ben Affleck is currently playing Batman. "Greg Silverman—I need to play a superhero!"
