Stan Lee Approves Of Tom Holland As Spider-Man

While he isn't familiar with the young man's work, Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee expressed faith in Tom Holland as Spider-Man and in Marvel's casting choices.
"He's good to me! I can't see anything wrong with him," the Marvel icon told Entertainment Tonight. "I don't know him intimately – in fact, I've never seen him [onscreen], but if [Marvel] picked him, I'm sure he's good!"
The 19-year-old actor was one of a number of actors seen by Marvel and Sony, who each have vested interests in the project. Lee will serve as a producer as always and likely have cameos in both Captain America: Civil War -- where the character will make his debut -- and in Spider-Man's next solo film.
