New Star Wars Set Photos Show First Look At Young Han Solo

Ever wonder what Han Solo would look like as a younger guy? Well, the Star Wars universe is making that happen, and the first photos from the Han Solo origin film have now surfaced online.

While most of the pictures in the bunch focus on the set of the movie, and the cars-turned-speeders the characters will pilot, there are a couple of shots of Alden Ehrenreich as the iconic character.

The first image is a full look at the actor in costume, and the look is spot-on. Is does look like he's taken a bit of a beating though.

Hopefully we will learn more in the coming months as the untitled Han Solo movie gears up for release in theaters May 25, 2018.

Han Solo: A Star Wars Story is filming now under directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller for a May 25, 2018 release. Alden Ehrenreich stars as a young Han Solo and Joonas Suotamo as Chewbacca in the era before Star Wars: A New Hope, before they met Leia and Luke and embarked on a galaxy-saving adventure. Donald Glover also stars as Lando Calrissian, with Woody Harrelson, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and Emilia Clarke in as-yet-unrevealed co-starring roles.
