Snoke Dialogue Revealed In New 'The Last Jedi' Toys

With Force Friday quickly descending upon Star Wars fans, new toys and products are steadily hitting the public courtesy of retailers who don't give a damn about street dates. And the latest toy offers some new hints about the enigmatic Supreme Leader of the First Order.

Director Rian Johnson warned fans not to expect too much information about Supreme Leader Snoke when Star Wars: The Last Jedi premieres in theaters, but that hardly did anything to temper their wants.

But the new BB-8 playset reveals lines of dialogue from the upcoming Star Wars movie via interaction with the "Force Link Band."

Now before you go doubting the validity of these lines of dialogue, keep in mind that the talking Kylo Ren toy from Star Wars: The Force Awakens said the lines "That weapon belongs to me," and "Is it true? You're just a scavenger," among others. Sure, the inflection wasn't the same, but they were included all the same.

The back of the packaging for the BB-8 playset reveals two lines of dialogue for Supreme Leader Snoke:

The toy also reveals the First Order has a "Lightspeed Tracking Room," which might have benefitted them more in their attempts to find Luke Skywalker than stealing BB-8 and using a battle station to blow up the Resistance base.

It sounds like Snoke will get a little cocky in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and he might have good reason. Will the First Order get their hands on a valuable prisoner in the movie, giving them the upper hand against the Resistance?

We'll find out when Star Wars: The Last Jedi premieres in theaters December 15.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is the second film in the new Star Wars sequel trilogy that began with Star Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015. The film will deal with Luke training Rey to become a, and possibly the last, Jedi. Meanwhile, the Resistance, including Poe Dameron and First Order defector Finn, continues to fight against the First Order, led by General Hux, while Supreme Leader Snoke and his Dark Side follower Kylo Ren continue their mysterious plot.
