Exclusive The Walking Dead Season 7 Photos: Michonne And Tara

Ahead of The Walking Dead's Season 7 premiere, ComicBook.com has an exclusive batch of photos of two of the toughest ladies surviving the zombie apocalypse: Michonne and Tara.

Of course, Michonne's fate is up in the air headed into the October return of the AMC series as she kneels at the vicious mercy of the merciless Negan. Tara, on the other hand, was seen in the Season 7 trailer getting herself into trouble outside of the Alexandria walls.

Rumor has it, Tara will encounter a new group of survivors outside of the walls but whether or not they are a threat is to be seen.

The new photos are not from the set or episodes so much as they are promotional photographs of the characters, so calling Michonne "safe" because she is part of the new promotion is not on the table quite yet.

Both actresses photographed here will be on hand for the New York Comic Con panel at Madison Square Garden on October 8. While we don't expect new footage of Michonne to drop for the first time since the Season 6 finale just two weeks prior to the Season 7 premiere, a "new look" at the upcoming season has been teased for the upcoming event.
