The Walking Dead: Christian Serratos Reveals What Rosita Would Say To Abraham

Just before Negan bashed his brains in, Abraham pulled off one of the coldest break ups in history.

After realizing he was in love with another woman (Sasha), Abraham packed his things in his and Rosita's Alexandria home and moved out. When Rosita discovered what he was up to, Abraham told her, "I thought you were the last woman on Earth," before adding, "I was wrong."

It was one of the most belittling statements any woman could have heard.

Only a couple of days later, however, Rosita would have to watch Abraham die in front of her as Negan unleashed swing after swing on his skull with his barbed wire laced baseball bat which he likes to call Lucille.

Speaking to Christian Serratos on Friday, ComicBook.com wanted to know what Rosita would say to Big Red if she could have just one more conversation with him. It turns out, she is no longer mad at him.

It took a bit of thought to answer such an important and difficult question but Serratos mustered up a heartfelt message.

"It would probably just be a 'Thank you,'" Serratos said. "There's nothing to be done. It's not like the relationship could've been salvaged. It was what it was, and it ended when it should've ended. They learned a lot from each other, so I think it would probably be along the lines of a 'Thank you.'"

Though Rosita accepted that the relationship had ended, Abraham's death will still have an effect on her going forward.

"That's what's going to be really interesting watching these next few episodes is seeing how the death of Abraham manifests itself in her," Serratos said. "Is it going to make her an introvert? Is it going to make her a warrior? Is it going to make her careless? Is it going to make her stupid? Is it going to make her wise?"
