Funko Debuts Walking Dead Dorbz Exclusives

As one of the biggest shows currently on television, The Walking Dead has accumulated a pretty significant merchandising game. A large part of that is due to the popular collectible company Funko, whose vinyl Pop! figures and other collectibles have helped capture some of the series' best characters.

And now, two of season seven's most prominent characters are getting the Funko treatment - in the company's popular Dorbz line. Funko has unveiled Dorbz figures for both Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). Both of these figures will be available exclusively at Walgreens stores.

While Funko products have been made of both of the characters, these Dorbz provide a bit of a stylistic alternative to the big-headed Pop! figures. These also mark the first The Walking Dead Dorbz made in quite some time, with the initial line in 2016 consisting of Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), Michonne (Danai Gurira), Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), and an RV Walker.

As with many of Funko's products, both of the Negan and Carl Dorbz will feature "chase" variants. This means that there are particular odds - most likely 1/6, as is Funko's current norm for chase figures - of getting a special variant version of the figure. Carl's chase variant features the character's eye patch, while Negan's chase figure shows the character in a "bloody" alternative.
