The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 4: Service Recap With Spoilers

Rick and Michonne are laying in bed. It's clear Michonne has a lot weighing on her mind. She gets up and walks into the kitchen after getting dressed. Her sword is on her back, she looks at the mantle where it used to hang. Michonne gets a rifle out of the fireplace and puts it in a duffle bag and leaves. Rick watches her walk out the door.

Michonne is walking through an open field and approached a broken-down truck. She climbs on top with the rifle and looks around.

Rick walks into aother room and picks up Judith, who looks a bit older.

Eugene is sitting by the gate playing with a radio. Spencer and Rosita pull up in a car, asking him to open the gate. They ask Eugene to join them on a run for Negan supllies, but he says he's working on a radio for them.

All of a sudden, trucks and motorcycles are heard outside the gate. Whistling begins, and Negan bangs on the entrance.

"Little pig, little pig, let me in!"

Spencer opens the blinds, and asks who Negan is. Rick appears and stares the villain down. Negan greets Rick with a smile on his face.

Rick says Negan is early, and opens the gate. Negan says he misses Rick and then knocks out a walker with Lucille. He then tells a horde of Saviors it's time to get started.

Daryl is standing with the Saviors, looking beaten. Negan says Rick should be grateful for his service, after he was almost turned away by Spencer, he still killed a walker for them. He hands Rick Lucille as he enters Alexandria, saying "Hold This."

Negan loves looking at Alexandria, calls it an embarrassment of riches. Rick talks to Daryl, but Negan shuts him down. He says Daryl is the help, and Rick is not to look at, or talk to him. He then taunts Rosita, remembering her from the line-up.

"A lot of suspense there," says Negan.

Instead of taking half of the supplies, Negan says he decides what they take. He sends the men out to search the houses and take what they can. He asks Rick if he's going to show him around.

Dwight asks Rosita where she's going with Spencer. He says he doesn't care, and take her gun, then asks Spencer for his. Dwight opens the car, and takes the rest of the weapons from inside.

"No that that's all settled, I got a job for ya. go get me Daryl's bike."

Dwight takes Rosita's hat off her head before finally allowing her to leave. Then he reaches into the car and takes the canteen, and pours the water out. He says not to take too long. Rosita starts the car and drives away.

Michonne is still sitting on the car. She stands as she sees something coming. A walker appears over the ridge, and she takes aim. She misses the first shot. She misses the second shot. She fires six or seven shots before giving up and killing the walker with her sword.

As she walks through the woods, Michonne sees a dead deer lying on the ground. She killed it with one of her missed shots.

Two Saviors are taking a chair out of a house as Negan continues to try and convince Rick that they are reasonable. He then opens a soda from the house, takes one drink, and throws it down.

Negan is given a video camera, and sees the videos that the group recorded when they first arrived in Alexandria. Negan says he wouldn't have messed with that Rick, but he isn't that guy anymore.

Negan asks how Maggie is doing, and warns Rick about how he's looking at Negan. Negan taunts about having sex with widows, and that he would love to see her.

Father Gabriel appears and Negan says he is "creepy as shit."

Gabriel introduces himself, and takes Negan to a grave. He hints that Maggie didn't survive. Negan says he didn't want to do it, but Daryl forced his hand. He was going to take Maggie home with him.

A gunshot is heard in the background, and gets angry.

Carl is pointing a gun at a Savior, saying he will shoot if the man doesn't put the medicine down. He tells Negan to leave before he learns how dangerous they all are. Rick tells his son to put the gun down, but Negan chastises him.

Negan says he likes Carl, so he doesn't want to hurt him.

"Half is what I say it is."

He asks Carl is he wants to prove himself again, and Carl lowers the gun. Negan says it reminds him that Rick has a ton of guns, and that he can't allow that.

"They're all mine now."

Olivia opens up the garage door for Negan and the others. She says the armory is inside, and negan asks if she's in charge in here.

She leads the Saviors to the guns, and Negan talks to Rick. He points out that he isn't taking any of their food. If they starve to death, he doesn't get anything. he demands Rick thank him for his gratitude.

He asks Rick if he s coppoerating. He wants to know if they're really going to find all of the guns, or if Rick has any hidden.

Rick says they're all in there, to the best of his knowledge.

Rosita stops the car near the train tracks as they approach a broken-down van. She and Spencer continue on foot. This is where Denis was killed.

Spencer goes into the woods and uncovers Daryl's bike. He tells Rosita it's over, that Rick got us to this broken place. He says it might have been different had Rick throught things through. He hints that Abraham would be alive if it weren't for Rick. She takes off into the woods as he began to load the motorcycle.

Negan applauds the partnership with Alexandria, and checks out one of the guns Rick stole from his people. he shoots the gun near Rick, and says Lucille is getting jealous.

A female Savior says they're short according to Olivia's count. Two guns are missing. Is Rick lying or does Olivia suck at her job? Negan asks if she knows where they are. Negan says he's disappointed in Rick, and he can't have someone not being on board. Negan says he doesn't like killing women, and he's going to work this out. He says this was her job, and she screwed up. He says keeping track of guns is life and death.

Rick is standing in the church talking to all of the people. He said he thought about hiding guns in the back, but what if Negan found out? People would die. Lucille is in the church with Rick.

He says hiding guns isn't the answer, but they need to give the guns over to Negan. He asks who has the two guns. Someone knows where they are, if they don't turn them over Olivia will die.

Scott stands and asks why they care. Rick asks if he has them, and Scott says he wishes he did.

Rick says none of them were there, and they want to live in peace. Eric asks what happens if they do happen to find the guns. Rick says he is not in charge anymore, Negan is.

"who has the guns?"

Eugene looks around and everyone. He says that everyone isn't here.

Rosita is walking in the woods, she's approaching a couple of walkers. Spencer calls her name and the Walkers turn back toward her. She hides behind a tree and systematically kills all of them.

Spencer catches up after they are all dead. She took a gun off of a walker, saying that Dwight and Negan will end up taking all of their guns. She tells Spencer that this is not their life. He walks away.

Negan sits out in the back yard with olivia, and Rick looks at him. he then starts tearing apart his house looking for the guns.

Gabriel shows up and says he still can't find the guns, but he knows that it's going to work out. They will find a way to beat this, but Rick disagrees.

Gabriel says Rick is his friend, and he has faith in him. He asks about Michonne, and Rick says she doesn't have anything.

Rick compliments him on the quick thinking with the grave. It saved Maggie.

They are in Spencer's house, and they cann't find anything. Rick steps on a creaky floorboard, and pulls up the vent cover. He pulls a whiskey bottle out, then reaches deeper and finds two guns.

Rick takes the guns outside, and a Savior is taunting Enid, calling her little girl. He is creepily touching her face and then gives her balloons back to her. Carl wants to stop the Saviors from hurting her, but Rick says they'll be gone soon.

Rick takes Negan the guns, and Negan makes jokes about it. he asks Rick who almost cost Olivia her life. Rick says it doesn't matter, but Negan disagrees. Everyone needs to be on board or they go back to square one.

The Savior vans begin to driveaway, as Negan prepares to load up in the last one. Spencer and Rosita show back up with the motorcycle inside their van.

Negan says Alexandria is a "hell of a place."

Negan notices Michonne and Rick asks him to give him a second. He goes in to talk to Michonne, knowing she has weapons. He's still holding Lucille. He tells Michonne he was made to hold it.

Rick asks for the rifle, he knows what she's doing out in the field. He says we have to give them up, someone will die if they don't. Rick says he won't lose anyone else. He's gonna give them the gun, and asks if she will please let him.

Michonne approaches Negan with the deer over her shoulders, and Rick tells him she was hunting and he can have the gun. Negan says that's a good thing, and Rick asks for Daryl to stay. Negan says it's not happening, but he says maybe Daryl can change his mind.

Daryl is silent, and Negan smiles. He laughs at Rick, saying at least he tried. Negan says Rick now has to earn for him. When they return, he better have something interesting for them, or Lucille will kill someone.

Negan asks for Michonne's deer, and she drops it and walks away. Dwight takes the bike from Spencer. He thanks Rosita and gives her the hat back. He says they took all the beds and guns, but he hopes she has a place to lay her pretty little head.

Rosita mentions that she found his dead friends. Dwight says Daryl can have the bike back if he just says the word, and he drives away.

Negan says, "So nobody died!"

Negan asks Rick if he wants him to leave, and makes Rick say Thank You before he does.

Negan then responds, don't be ridiculous, Thank you! Negan then kills another walker, and Rick thinks about killing him with Lucille. He stops himself. Negan asks Rick to clean that walker up for next time.

Rick still has Lucille, and Negan goes back to get her. He then taunts Rick for saying thank you. Negan gets in the van, and the Saviors leave. Daryl looks back at Rick from the van, and Rick stares back.

Rick closes the gate, and walks back inside. Spencer is closing up the van, and Rick tells him about the guns. He explains the entire situation and says they would have killed Olivia. Spencer challenges him for searching his house, but Rick says he's weak for keeping food and drinks.

Spencer calls after Rick and says he's wrong for what he's done. he then brings up Glenn and Abraham, and Rick threatens him. Then he walks away. Sophia calls out Spencer for not telling her about the guns. he said he's had them for awhile, and he only had them because he doesn't trust Rick. He says she's right, this doesn't have to be their life. Then he drives away and Rosita takes the gun from the car's wheel well.

Rick is setting up their blankets from where the bed used to be. Michonne shows up, and tells Rick they could have hid more. Rick asks if she did, but she says no. Before leaving, she says Rick they have always faught for what they had. Rick says they have the numbers, and they have to play by Negan's rules in order to get some kind of life.

Rick says he had a friend he doesn't talk about, a partner who saved Lori and Carl right as everything started. He says his name was Shane, and that him and Lori were together when they thought he was dead. He says he knows Judith isn't his, he loves her as a duaghter, but she isn't his. He says he had to accept that so he could keep her alive, and he'll die before she does. He wants to raise her, protect her, and teach her to survive. He had to accept negan's reality in order to protect everyone else and keep them alive. he asks michonne to do the sme, so everyone can stay alive.

Michonnes joins Rick and helps him with the bed. She says she will try.

Back in the open field, Michonne approaches the old truck. She sits on the roof, and thinks. She hears something behind her, and turns to look. Michonne gets down and grabs the duffle bag, walking toward what she heard. A smoke stack is in the direction of the noise.

Michonne is on a road, and she approaches a steaming pile of matresses, having been burned on the side of the road.

Rosita picks up a bullet of the ground, and takes it to Eugene, asking him to make her a bullet.
