Sons Of Anarchy Creator Defends Frank Darabont During The Walking Dead Email Scandal

Earlier this week, director Frank Darabont became the talk of the town after a series of obscene emails were released online.

The emails were released after Darabont sued AMC for his compensation since being fired as The Walking Dead showrunner in Season 2. Throughout the multiple examples, Darabont was incredibly rude to the other producers on the show.

Many around Hollywood have been chastising Darabont for the emails, and for good reason. However, there is one fellow creator that has come to his defense, speaking out against the way this situation was handled.

Kurt Sutter, creator of Sons of Anarchy and the upcoming Mayans MC, tweeted out his disapproval of AMC's choice to release Darabont's emails.

Sutter stated that Darabont was definitely wrong for the things that he said, admitting that he's been guilty of speaking too quickly in the past. He turned things on AMC, saying that they were "TMZing" the situation by releasing excerpts of emails without any context and that hurts all parties involved.
