The Walking Dead: Who Died On 'Hostiles And Calamities'?

WARNING: Spoilers ahead for The Walking Dead's latest episode, 'Hostiles And Calamities'.

When Negan is involved, you know The Walking Dead is going to get bloody. Negan's midseason return in 'Hostiles And Calamities' is no exception, and the villain claimed another victim.

After Daryl escaped, Negan needed someone to blame. Dwight is clearly the one who's at fault here, as it happened on his watch. However, he framed Doctor Carson for working with Sherry, and it came with consequences.

When you thought Negan was going to burn the doctor's face, he caught everyone off guard. In one swift motion, Negan threw Doctor Carson into the open furnace.

This might have been one of the most brutal deaths on The Walking Dead, but it wasn't as messy as Negan's usual antics.

As Negan walked away, you could see the bottom-half of Doctor Carson's body hanging from the flames. It was pretty disturbing, but par-for-the-course with Negan.

Who will be his next victim?
