Matt Hardy Makes #BROKEN Threat To Sheamus And Cesaro

Could the end of sportsmanship between The Hardy Boyz and Sheamus and Cesaro lead to a new 'broken' beginning for the Raw Tag Team Champions? WWE Payback saw Matt and Jeff Hardy defend their titles but get absolutely destroyed by the former champions during a sneak attack beat down after the match. Things weren't exactly civil during the bout either as Jeff Hardy had his front tooth kicked out by a vicious kick from Sheamus.

On the Raw Talk post-show, Sheamus and Cesaro gloated about their accomplishment and set their sights on reclaiming the belts from the returning Attitude Era legends.

Matt Hardy, who has refrained from his 'broken' character on WWE tv since his return, took to Twitter with a brilliantly insane rant which promised to Delete the Swiss Superman and Celtic Warrior.

Hardy also claimed "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth" and threatened to "EAT" the "MUNDANE MULE from Ireland" that is Sheamus.

While many reports suggest WWE has procured the rights from Impact Wrestling to use the 'broken' characters, it's Matt's last tweet claiming that the "OBSOLETE HERETICS have no idea what you've just done" which leads us to believe the story could be heading towards a true rebirth for Hardy and his Brother Nero.

Matt and Jeff will defend their Raw Tag Team Championships tonight against the team of Goldust and R-Truth.
