WWE Legend Likely Returning To Monday Night Raw This Week

WWE has a reputation for pulling out big surprises and returns immediately after major pay-per-view events. With Fastlane happening this Sunday, next Monday's RAW should be no exception.

According to PWInsider's sources, the next Monday's RAW will feature the return of The Undertaker, who will likely be pushing his WrestleMania feud forward in a major way. As of now, that feud is understood to be with the Big Dog himself Roman Reigns, who has a match Sunday night against the imposing Braun Strowman. WWE would like to keep both men looking strong coming out of Fastlane, and earlier rumors of Undertaker showing up at Fastlane to interfere with the match could be a way to make that happen.

Undertaker's appearance at the Royal Rumble featured a rather hobbled version of the deadman that wasn't encouraging, but many believe that to be just a case of not giving his hip surgery enough recovery time. Now that he's had a few more weeks of recovery, hopefully, the man who shows up at Fastlane and RAW will look much more like the Undertaker fans remember.

In any case, knowing Vince McMahon, the feud could change course at any time, especially if reactions are strong after Undertaker's appearance on Monday Night RAW. It's not like he hasn't changed his mind before, and Roman continues to be a rather polarizing presence amongst fans. The original pitch for what could be Undertaker's last WrestleMania was reportedly John Cena, but Undertaker's health moved up the Roman Reigns matchup timetable.
